Stephen Thorpe is a Ta Moko and Kirituhi artist. Stephen is a graduate of Toihoukura EIT Tairawhiti, where he spent 4 years studying the traditional, and modern methods of Maori art. Stephen has since been specialising in Mahi Moko for over 5 years.

Stephen hopes to play a small part in the revival of Moko, by sharing, normalising and educating people about the craft here in the Wellington Region.
